Trust Impermanence: An Insight Dialogue Retreat

Saturday, May 27 | 10 am – 3 pm EDT | Tibet House, 22 W 15th Street, NYC

‘All things fall apart’ was the Buddha’s last teaching before passing away. How can we live peacefully with this universal and challenging truth?

On this retreat we’ll explore Insight Dialogue, a fully relational meditation practice supporting interpersonal freedom.

We’ll contemplate together how attuning to change supports letting go.

This special day will have elements of guided movement, silent meditation and mindful dialogue in pairs. All are welcome.

Schedule

We will begin practice promptly at 10 am. We will break for a 1-hour lunch at noon and end at 3 pm.

Generosity

Recommended Donation: $55

This amount is recommended to cover the cost of the space rental and to ensure that teachers and staff can be paid for their time. If you can, please consider donating more to support those who cannot afford this amount. Your generosity supports CMC’s ability to freely offer the teachings.

Without the cost of membership or admission fee, the teachings are freely offered to all. Your donation enables CMC to support our teachers and offer special events such as this. Please consider offering dana (generosity) to support this event and your Community Meditation Center.
